Advanced Rostering & Workforce Management
Using Active Workforce Pro, our centralised workforce management platform, we efficiently store and manage guard data, including licences, skills, and certifications. Smart Communication & Incident Reporting
Our guards are equipped with smart devices featuring Push-to-Talk (PTT) capabilities, enabling seamless indoor and outdoor communication. Integrated with our advanced incident reporting system, this allows security teams to log, track, and escalate incidents in real time, ensuring faster decision-making, improved accountability, and rapid incident resolution with minimal operational disruptions.
Al-Powered People Counting Sensors
ICORP Security deploys Al-powered people counting sensors at entry points, enabling real-time crowd analytics. These insights allow for more precise resource planning, ensuring security personnel are strategically positioned based on actual crowd density, improving efficiency and reducing unnecessary staffing costs.
Al-Enabled Security Walkthrough Units
As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we deployed Al-enabled security walkthrough units, capable of detecting sharp objects without triggering alarms for everyday items such as keys or mobile phones. During the 11-day event, these units identified over 300 prohibited items, significantly enhancing security while ensuring a seamless screening process. By reducing manual bag checks and minimising bottlenecks at entry points, these advanced gates improved crowd flow and the overall event experience without compromising safety.
Apartment Buildings
Mixed-Use Apartment Complex (Melbourne CBD)
ICORP has been the trusted security provider for a prominent mixed-use apartment complex in Melbourne CBD since 2019. The complex comprises 7 buildings that include residential highrises, retail space, common facilities (swimming pool / gym / parking) as well as a museum. Our scope of work includes after-hours and day concierge services, attending to tenant requests, and conducting thorough site patrols.
ICORP implemented a new SOP which has been developed specifically for the Client's premises through various surveys, observations and reviews utilising data, analytics and feedback gained from the management, tenants and owners corporation. We also implemented Active Workforce Pro, our state-of-the-art system to streamline workforce management and incident reporting. It also supports live tracking and location verification for site patrols.
Vandalism, mail theft, and public disturbances decreased once the new SOP was implemented. There was a considerable drop in ejections and police involvement, which gave tenants a greater sense of safety and satisfaction. Additionally, we were able to reduce security hours from 24/7 to 16 hours/day while investing in mobile patrol services and advanced technologies for best efficiency.

ICORP Security has been providing tailored security solutions to a prominent Australian Bluechip Retail Chain across Victoria and New South Wales since 2020. Our scope includes Retail Security, Tactical Security Guards, Asset Protection, and Event Security Management. The retail sector is facing escalating challenges, from theft and organised shoplifting to aggression, violence, and abusive behaviour towards staff and shoppers. These threats not only cause financial losses but also create an unsafe atmosphere that affects both business operations and customer confidence. Therefore, our highly experienced guards are specifically trained in de-escalation techniques essential for the protection of assets, facilities, and people across multiple sites.
This targeted training has directly contributed to improved incident response, reduced theft and disturbances, and fewer police callouts. It empowers our team to manage conflict calmly and appropriately, enhancing safety outcomes while strengthening customer and staff confidence in the security presence across all sites.
Asset Protection
Asset Protection for Major Aviation and Lifestyle Event
ICORP Security was engaged as the security partner for a large-scale public open day event, commemorating a significant aviation milestone at a 305-hectare commercial and aviation precinct in Melbourne. The event brought together thousands of attendees, high-profile guests, and a variety of high-value assets — including vintage aircraft and classic vehicles — requiring a tailored, high-security approach.
One of our primary focuses was the protection of these high-value exhibits. We implemented tailored asset protection strategies, including controlled access to display zones, mobile patrols across key locations, and close coordination with event organisers to adapt to real-time risks. With zero security incidents and full protection of all exhibits, our work delivered uncompromised asset safety — demonstrating ICORP’s expertise in securing high-value assets within complex, high-risk environments.
Industrial Facilities
Gatehouse Security Services for a Manufacturing Facility
A major manufacturing facility in Melbourne engaged ICORP Security to deliver gatehouse security services at its high-traffic site. With extensive production and logistics operations, the client required a trusted partner to manage access control for vehicles, staff, and contractors, without disrupting operational flow.
ICORP deployed a dedicated gatehouse security team 24/7 including nightly mobile patrols, backed by proactive oversight from our senior management and real-time coordination through our National Operations Centre. We implemented robust access protocols and enhanced operational safety by equipping guards with intrinsically safe mobile devices, suited to the sensitive nature of the factory environment. Patrols were supported by NFC tags to ensure precise tracking and accountability. Additionally, our use of the Active Workforce Pro platform provided the client with a dedicated portal and automated daily emails containing NFC logs, incident reports, and welfare checks.
As a result, the facility experienced significantly improved site security, with all protocols consistently followed and access points tightly controlled. Vehicle movements were better managed, and the site maintained 100% secure access. The client expressed high satisfaction with the outcome, noting the reliability and efficiency of our tailored security solution.
Maritime Security
Maritime Security for Australian’s major port
The port is a major entry point for international cruise ships, often welcoming thousands of passengers at a time. With such high passenger volumes, security operations must run efficiently while still meeting strict international maritime security standards that reflect aviation-level protocols. A key challenge is maintaining the integrity of the “Clear Zone,” which must be kept secure and accessible only to cleared passengers and authorised personnel. In addition, the site requires smooth coordination between multiple agencies, including the Australian Border Force (ABF), port authorities and ship security. The risk of prohibited items such as weapons, explosives and other contraband being brought on board also adds to the security pressure.
We provided TSP certified Security Screening Officers to support maritime operations at the port. Our team ensured fast and thorough screening of all passengers and staff using X-ray machines, walk-through metal detectors, handheld wands and frisk searches. We secured the Clear Zone ahead of each vessel’s arrival and enforced strict access control throughout operations. Despite the high-pressure environment, our officers maintained a high standard of customer service to create a safe yet welcoming experience for travellers. By working closely with ABF and other stakeholders, we ensured that all operations complied with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code while supporting efficient passenger movement.
